Documentary Films: Trailer
With a background in health, education and multimedia, Judith developed innovative online training and community wellbeing programs. Directing practice-led research with LifeTec, Queensland University of Technology and Cicada.net.au, she created highly effective, culturally-appropriate, training and counseling methodologies and platforms using multimedia and narrative. Along with documentary film awards, Judith has also received The Premiers’ Reconciliation Award, The Individual Award of Excellence for Services to Aboriginal People, and The Women in Business Smart State Award from the QLD Government.
In addition to the development of Reality Learning's Scenario Training, Judith has acted as a consultant for the Queensland Government and international NGOs in ICT policy. Here she has helped ensure online communication and training strategies extend government and non-government organization services and capacity. She has lived and worked throughout Asia-Pacific. Judith has a Masters in Film, a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy, Certificate 1V in Workplace Assessment and Training, and a Group Certificate in Social Work.

Liz Mackninlay
World Vision International, Vice President of Strategy
Liz co-leads the Global Office of Strategy Management team who provide strategy guidance for the $2,5 billion/year international development organisation.
She has worked in the Latin America regional headquarters of World Vision, the global headquarters in California USA developing. Before moving to the global headquarters she worked in Cambodia for five years with WV Cambodia and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Society. She previously worked for the Australian government and NGO community to bring health care to rural, remote and indigenous communities.
Liz has a Masters degree in Social Planning and International Development, and a Bachelor of Occupation Therapy (Hons).

Howard Errey
Consultant
Howard is a psychologist specializing with human engagement with computers and technology. Since starting as a psychologist in 2000 he has been involved with assisting people with or through technology.
This has included the establishment of online counseling systems in education, projects that engage young people through technology, and the project management of funding for inclusive e-elearning projects aimed at disadvantaged groups. He has worked as a consultant for online innovation projects in education both for eWorks and the Australian Flexible Learning Framework. He also provides consultancy services for the use of social media in business.
Howard has an Online Counselling BA, and a Grad Dip in Psychology.
Technical Business Consultant
Greg Dellas
Greg is a Business and Information Systems Manager specialising in solutions for NGOs. Greg currently fulfils this position with Plan Australia, and previously for the Uniting Church Australia, Synod Victoria and Tasmania. His expertise in ICT management enabled him to be course convener and lecturer in ICT Project Management at Swinburne University, Melbourne.
Prior to this Greg undertook business analysis and senior management for private enterprises including KPMG, Daimler Crysler Services, and Telstra.
Interactive Designer
Oksana Zelenko
Oksana is a graphic and interactive designer, with a focus on research. She has completed her PHD on visual tools for children resilience, and lectures the Creative Industries Faculty, Queensland University of Technology in interactive design and learning objects.
Prior to this, she worked as researcher and designer at Queensland University of Technology on an Australian Research Council funded project, working with Judith and the team to develop online counseling software for the Kids Help Line, Other projects include TalkOutLoud print and TV campaign, and the Resilience Project with QUT's School of Public Health.
Film and Digital Producer
Adrian Price
Adrian’s background in social work, online campaigns and information education and communication. His film making skills are well known in broadcast documentaries and online. Clients include International NGOs (UNFPA, Fiji), Health Promotion (ALAC – Alcohol and Liquor Advisory Council, New Zealand).Government departments (Department of Innovation & Research, Victoria).
Adrian has Grad.dip Film and TV from Victorian College of the Arts, The University of Melbourne.

Poppy Shmith
Poppy is a documentary filmmaker and journalist working in the non-for-profit sector for social justice over the last ten years. Clients include Amnesty International, The Butterfly Foundaiton, Family Planning Victoria, NEAMI, LICADHO Cambodia, Oxfam, and the Australian Council for Youth.
Poppy has Grad.dip Film and TV from Victorian College of the Arts, The University of Melbourne.
Operations Manager
Emma May Lang
Emma is an experienced events, campaign and grants coordinator. Working with The Pari Project, Cambodia, she worked as a Business Developer for local organisations including Epic Arts, New Hope for Cambodian Children, and Habitat for Humanity. She has further worked as Events Coordinator for The Oaktree Foundation, AIESEC, and The Humanitarian Crisis Hub, where she has supported the delivery of workshops and campaigns.
Emma works with people across multiple sectors and from differant levels of need. Emma is currently completing her Honours in International Politics at The Univeristy of Melbourne.
China and Hong Kong Representatives
Yanghua Liu, now located in China working with local clients in implementing Reality Learning software and learning programs whilst providing technical support. Yanghua has worked with the team for over 3 years, initially in developing the tailored Learning Management System. Yanghua has a M. Electronic Business, B. Information Systems, Dip. Information Technology.
Peter Leung, is the Account Manager (Hong Kong region) and Designer for Reality Learning. He has over 4 years of experiences in video and web production, can communicate and write fluently in English and Chinese Cantonese. He has a deep understanding of the value and the culture of Hong Kong and Australia as he has studied and worked in both countries. His previous work is in non-for-profit sector.
Software Developers
Matt Rees, is a Drupal specialist in web design, CMS and LMS, ecommerce and associated web services for business.
Simon Joslin, Game Specialist. Simon developed for Cicada a generic framework in Macromedia Flash that enables rapid and effective development of easily modifiable medium scale applications. Using an xml backend, the framework is easily extended and modified, with small adjustment it can source content from a live site or from a fixed media such as a cd-rom.
