The Scenario Training course, Rehab in Practice, was developed in 2009 as part of The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation's (HKSR) effort to improve patient access to rehabilitative treatment in China after the Wenchuan Earthquake ’08 and Qinghai Yushu Earthquake ‘10.
The program trains Chinese health professionals in rehabilitative treatment throughout 16 districts. By 2012 there will be a further 6 modules to this course, with a continually growing number of participants.
